Information and Prices
As Bridge Street and Berrybrae are both relatively new additions to the self-catering holiday cottage market, we have lots of availability, so please do contact us.

• Bridge Street sleeps up to ten persons.
• Berrybrae sleeps four.
• All linen and towels are provided.
• Parking is available on the street at the door of the Bridge Street property (non metered).
• We provide a courtesy welcome pack comprising a bottle of wine and essentials for your first breakfast.
• A cot and bedding can be provided for a baby in both properties.
• Please note that neither property has a telephone.
• Both properties are totally non-smoking.
• Bridge Streeet offers wireless Internet broadband access.
• We do accept dogs at both properties provided this is notified to us at the time of booking. Dogs must be confined to the downstairs reception area in Bridge Street and to the kitchen in Berrybrae.
• The prices shown below are in Pounds GB and are inclusive of VAT in the case of Bridge Street. Berrybrae prices are not subject to VAT. They are for a seven night stay, usually commencing on a Friday, although Saturdays may be considered.
• Unless otherwise agreed, the arrival time is 4.00 pm and the departure time is 10.00 am.
• Short breaks may be available. Please check with us.
• A freezer meal service is available (Indonesian and European).
• A deposit of 30% of the total price is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid eight weeks prior to the arrival date. Late cancellation insurance is recommended as the full cost may be payable in the event of a late cancellation. Payment can be made in pounds sterling by cheque, debit / credit card, or direct bank transfer.
• Our full terms and conditions, of which the foregoing is part, will be forwarded to you when you are ready to book.

	The foregoing prices are for parties of up to ten persons. A discount of up to £250 may be given to smaller parties of six persons or less against the weekly price.
